Winnipeg - The Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC) issued its Reasons for Decision in the above matter.

The Commission has found Arthur Leon Schellenberg in breach of The Securities Act, focusing on the second of three allegations, that he ‘acted as a securities advisor, investment counsel and/or adviser under The Securities Act without being registered.’ The allegations stemmed from Mr. Schellenberg’s dealings with eight individuals and five accounts from a period of 2001 to 2013.

The matter will now proceed to a hearing to determine sanctions at a date and time to be set.
